Payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Pay with Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime or Relay bank transfer.

Production
Your order is designed and stitched with love, ready in 7–14 business days.

Pickup / Delivery
We'll arrange pickup or delivery once your order is ready.

Order policy
Turnaround: Embroidery orders are ready in 7–14 business days once payment is received. Large bulk orders may need a little more time, so reach out early!
Payment: Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Production starts as soon as it's in.
We accept
Payment methods
Payments are arranged directly with us after your quote. Relay bank transfer details are shared privately with your quote and never posted online. No payment is taken on this website.
